Video clip will not HIGHLIGHT?

Ok, I have 6 videos contained inside 1 DVD. I have them Titles Lessons 1-6 and are line up one after the other top to bottom, in alpha-numeric order on the main title page. 1 through 6, sounds simple huh? Well when I go to PREVIEW for a test, I toggle down using the arrow key and every single time the cursor goes from 4, skips 5 and goes right to 6. To get it to reach Lesson 5, I first have to toggle down to 6, then left arrow to get it to Lesson 5. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME!!!

I also rebuilt the DVD title template from scratch AGAIN and I still have the same problem. Keep in mind that as I build it from scratch, 1st placed Lesson 1, then 2, then 3 and so on. Does any body know what is going on here?

Can you do a screen shot of you layout and post it to a website or something so we can take a look at your layout?

If you just laid in the media without changing the size - I'm finding it difficult to image that six video thumbnails will fit going from top to bottom.

But...here is a thought - do you get the same problem if you lay the items in side by side (going from left to right)?

You can turn on the object order and see if 5 is really five and not six. If it is six...change it to five.

Options> Show object order

Then:

Edit > Object Order

GKVIDEOGUY:

I applied your method using the Option Order and it still skips over the Video #5. I did notice that it skipped AFTER I adjusted the text point size. I am using text only to I.D. the video and not using thumbnails.

Here is a thought...

Start from scratch, import your media and set your text option. PRIOR to adjusting text point sizes....see if it advances the way you want it to.

If it does...then modify the text point size on ALL of the items. and check how it advances.

If it still is working...then try it again and only adjust one of the text point sizes. Perhaps do 4 instead of 5 and see if it advances correctly.

If it does - then it was a glitch. If it doesn't - and 4 skips...then it is a bug.

Problem fix. Tech Support revealed that boxes were actually overlapping as text was adjusted. Thanks for the help.

Yeah....that was going to be my next guess.
