Video colour in timeline and preveiw.

I have sent, 2 report when the program crashed, and no reply, I took my other laptop to the tech people and they can't rectify tghe colour problem in timeline and preveiw, they say the laptop has high enough CPU and they can't get it to show the correct colour, when I get it back I will delete and reinstall the program again, very disappointed.

Which program and version are you using. What is your colour problem. Can you attach a screenshot.

I have Vegas movie studio 13 and upgraded to 17.

And with the same source material V17 is giving you different colours to V13 ?
