Video compressed top and bottom when creating a new file in viscosity

Hi,

I wanted to create a freeze frame for scrolling end credits over. I brought the uncompressed file into viscosity, created the freeze frame and saved file back out using the microsoft video codec. When I play it back, the top and bottom of the frame is compressed, kind of like letterboxing.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Render as uncompressed avi in viscosity- that'll give you the highest possible quality.
