At the link below you'll find a video-music-clip, I'm wondering if it's possible to get done these (water)-effects, and swimming through a city with vegas 4.0... If so, how?

I would say that those water effects as basically done in water and in front of a green screen.. and then just masked into the video. I don't think it's matter of what editing software you use... this is more a matter of having the right footage!
