1) I have a bunch of home videos, SD 720 X 480 rendered as 16:9. I would like to make them suitable for viewing on iPad 3. Could someone please recommend a workflow. I have Vegas 10e, Handbrake and Adobe Media encoder. All help much appreciated.
2) Is there need to Upscale the resolution ? If yes, is there a software solution?
