Video Event Dialog access

I have two machines running the trial Sony 5. On one when I open the
`Video Event FX Dialog' box it is free floating and can be moved clear off the sony window.

On the other it attaches to a specific spot on the main Sony window.
I can't find the config item that caues that difference but would like to set them both so that Video Event FX Dialog is free floating

The last time you opened it, you must have docked it. Undock it and it will float the next time you open the dialog.

To undock the window, look at the series of dots down the left side of that window. Click on the dots and drag away from that area of the screen.

Holding down the CTRL key while moving windows will also prevent them from docking.
