No problems with Vegas 6 until a few days ago. Now, when I select the Video Event FX to a clip, it wil not apply. When you click on the Viceo FX icon, it shows the effect, but the actual effect will not show in the video. Never had this prolem before. What has changed? Only thing I can think is that I may have deslected an option (unknowingly) that disables Video FX (if such an option exists). I did make some changes in the Internal options. - FYI, I have two hardware profiles on my WinXP Pro and two login accounts. One is for everyday use with Internet, the second is for Vegas - no Internet, no Antivirus, no firewalls and minimal services running. Now keep in mind that I was able to aply video FX's in my Vegas Profile before, so I don't think that is the problem. ALthogugh, when I use my everyday profile, the Video Fx's DO work!!! Yet none of the disabled services would have anything to do with video FX's and besides, it worked in this profile before. So I am thinking it has to be an option somewhere as Vegas has default options in the everyday profile and has my selected preferences under the Vegas Profile. I have a big project due in three weeks and this is really slowing me down and driving me crazy!!
