Video expands and boarders above video

Hi!
I need help with two problems, please.
1. How do put aboarder above and below video so that video plays within those two boarders?

2. I have video expanding when I put video in video and when I display 4 videos at once, how do I prevent this from happening?

1. pan and crop .choose preset 16:9 and you will have a black border top and bottom

I will try the preset.
When I pace a video in a video, the inserted video grows to a larger size.

It sounds like you have added keyframes that are changing the size over time.

If i added key frames I am sure how i did it. How do i check that out and elimante them or correct them.

At the bottom of the window for tools and FX (e.g. Track Motion) there is a keyframe timeline. There is a button on the left of that that toggles on/off the sync cursor. When that is on, wherever you make a change, a keyframe is automatically created (looks like a diamond on the keyframe timeline). These can be copied, pasted, deleted, etc.

I found the diamonds 6 of them, with an bar and and a lock to the left, I clicked on that, but nothing happens. Is something else i should be doing?
