I use both Pinnacle Studio 7 and Video factory for projects. The new version of Video Factory will not read the Studio 7 files correctly. If I place a file created using the DV templates of Studio on the timeline, it will take about 30 seconds before it will start to play. If I move the cursor, it will then take about 30 seconds before it will play.

The Video Capture will not output files created using Studio. (Although Video Capture 2E Standalone version will output them with not problem).

According to Pinnacle they are adhering to the AVI Type 2 standard. Any Ideas?

I am using the latest build of VF2 (91) but I had this problem in the version installed from CD.
