We have a JVC GR-DVL-9000U and video factory will not recognize the camera. We are using Windows XP as our operating system. We have already got the update for video factory 2.0 (2.0a update). What do we do to get Video Factory to recognize the camera? We have been on JVC website, Microsoft website, etc. Please let us know of anything that you know!
