Not all files will open in VideoFactory, but we do support
a vast array of formats when VF is installed correctly. If
the file opens in Windows Media Player7, in most cases
VideoFactory will open it.
If you see it in MP7, but not in VideoFactory, try
reinstalling. It is possible the plugins have become
unregistered or otherwise corrupted.
If you can't open in either program, those files may never
work.
why can't VF open the video part a 1.5Gb PicVideo MJPEG AVI file, when that same file shows up as both video and audio when cut into two 700-800 Mb halves? the limit should be 4G, the old limit was 2G, but this was even under that. the sound shows up with the whole file, but no video.
