Video File won't play

Movie Studio---I captured video using a dv camcorder, then published it to my account at the screenblast website. Everything went fine.
BUT- When I try to play the video, I get a error message saying Page not found. Every file I try says the same thing.
Anyone know why this is happening? Am I doing something wrong?? I'm trying to publish a video so others can view it. Thanks

Is publishing a video there one of the things you can do with a trial account? Is yours a "paid" account?

What's the URL to your file? or your account's directory? If we can see what you are seeing when we try to access it then maybe we can help. Otherwise we're pretty much flying blind here.
