Video for iTunes & Nano

Hi, I'm using VMSP 9. Would like to import short vid for use with iPod Nano. I rendered movie as MPG-4, imported it to iTunes and it plays so slow it's not usable. Any suggestions on rendering settings would be helpful. Thanks

You simply use the 640x480 iPod template under the "Main Concept" file format, in the "Render As" screen. That's compatible with iPods and itunes.

Thank you very much! Fooled me for a while. Movie was slow on iTunes, but perfect on iPod Nano, which is what I wanted anyway. Thanks again.
