Not really a Vegas thing; twixtor is finicky. Are you really using a $400 plug-in for gameplay video?

Found solution but i'm not sure which one fixed. So i changed fps to 60, changed resolution to 1080p, disabled adjust frame rate, changed bps to16,000,000

So you PURCHASED Twixtor for your gameplay videos or are you using a cracked version?

Bought

I did read it. Problem is you are not sure what element solved the problem. Would be good to know, yes? For other readers too.

So, my theory is that it was the increased frame rate of the render and I am wondering if your project & source media were originally at 60fps - which would explain why you saw a difference between preview and render.
