Video FX Acting as if unregistered despite registration - Help

A number of FX such as cookie cutter and PIP pop up a window saying that "This feature is only available to registered Users. Please register...".

The software is registered. Even going through the subsequent registration windows online and getting confirmation..."Thank you for registering Sonic Foundry VideoFactory 2.0."... has no effect on the plug-ins. They still indicate that I am "unregistered".

Running VF 2.0c Build 125 on Windows XP.

Subsequent retrys in re-registering has resulted in lock up of registration owing to too many retrys.

You will probably need to contact Tech Support directly. They will have to reinstate your registration privleges. (sp?)
