Video in preview window disappears

I am using movie studio 13. When adding video to my project. the video in the preview window disappears. It is no longer visible. Why is this and what must I do to fix this problem?

Ps: I have been using Sony movie studio products for years. I have never had this [roblem before.

Give us a screenshot of your project including timeline, preview widow i.e. your entire screen.
