UPDATE:
SOooooo apparently, what I see in my project file is simply the different preview qualities set at anything but full. So when I'm viewing the video in full quality that's when it changes. Because my videos render at full quality, that's why it's showing what i Don't want.
SO BASICALLY, having to change the settings in full quality to what I originally wanted them to be is really difficult.. so is there a way to render clips in half quality or whatever?
Hello, so I am using Sony Vegas Pro 16.
I'm working on multiple clips using colourings and plugins.
This is what one of my clips are supposed to look like:

and this is what it looks like after it is rendered:

as you can see, the colouring, especially on his nose, is yellow and gross looking after rendering, and the purple glow effect has been lowered after rendering as well.
One of the colouring is a magic bullet looks preset, and I have tried to find what the person used to make the middle of the area glow like that but I can't find it.
The plugins I used to make the purple outline glow is BCC Glow and s_warpbubble.
I rendered a different clip later on in the video and the same thing happened with my glowy outline effect I'm doing, it seemed to change a bit afterwards. :/ please help.
P.S
This is what the original clip looks like without any editing:
