I did all of the things in FAQ #19 and it still didn't work so here is the 4 things

1. Sony Vegas Pro 13

2. MP4

3. HD 1080-60i (1920x1080, 29.970 fps)

4. Internet 1920x1080-30fps

I am guessing your MP4 is not interlaced (you didn't list its properties or where it comes from), so make sure your project matches.  Probably 29.97 progrssive as opposed to 60i (interlaced upper)

i am have same issue with vegas pro 13 i have the video format and the project settings set to the same fps output. Everytime i render the video in sony vegas its fine and smooth when i render with the settings (internet 1080p 29fps) i have allow source to adjust framerate turned off and im using cpu to render and while rendering im only using 40-50%...But video still comes out choppy, but if i drag it into sony vegas its fine i can preview it with little to no lag/stutter
