Any time I go to edit/render the video gets like the way it is in the preview, does anyone know how to fix this problem? I even went through my videos to make sure they didn't have that, and they don't they are completely full screen.

okay, so you were right in a sense, the picture shows how it says video, underneath was a little triangle dropdown with witch I could click and it says picture-in-picture. thanks for your help @Jack S
@Andrew-Cherry it isn't in the pip track. Yes it is. From your screen grab
The diamond icon indicates that the track has the PIP FX applied.
Click it and the PIP track FX window will open.
You can then delete the effect with the 'Remove Selected Plug-In' button.
