Video issues with

Just recently purchased a Zoom Q3HD "camcorder" and am having troubles with the video. Q3 exports a Quicktime .mov file and was recorded in 1080/30HD. I am using Movie Studio HD 9.0. Downloading the file off my desktop or exploring to get it directly off the camera gives the same video issue, my video jumps, lags, not smooth at all; but the audio is fine. It is like Vegas and the camera/computer are working at direct speeds. I am using XP Professional, Service Pack 3. Any suggestion, is there a download or play speed setting I am missing? oh the file plays file in QT.

Can you upload an original clip somewhere (Mediafire)?
I haven't had a chance to test this yet.
Also please post your Quicktime version. and your system specs.
Another good thing to try is download the Vegas Pro trial and check the playback.
(There is a 50% off upgrade available through February).

h.264 MOV does not work fast on pre-10, no matter what computer you use. Download the trial of Platinum 10, and see if it works better on your PC. If yes, upgrade to it.
