video jitters in preview mode

Does anyone have this problem? The video has line like effects on the edge of object like the lower or upper fields are out and jitters and almost like a motion blur is on it. I tried all settings and its driving me mad. About to toss DVD architect 3 out the door.

AVI canopus file and i've done many this way.

Try to watch the video with Media Player Classic (freeware- download it at VideoHelp). If your souce doesn't have any problem then it's probably due to preview mode.

Is your quality setting in preview mode set to Best (production quality)?
