Video Media Generator missing timeline

I created a demo for someone on youtube and they're saying they don't see the keyframe timeline for text media generator. I have both Vegas Movie Studio and Vegas Pro 8 and the keyframes are there for me.

I looked for an option but none could be found. The only thing I can think of is they're running a really old Vegas version or a demo. Any thoughts that I could recommend to this youtuber?

Playing around with the media generator, it looks like you can hide the time code by draging the window up. Maybe this is what happened.....thoughts...

Either that or Vegas hiccuped (and it's been known to happen).
Drag it down again and all will be well :-)

Just got confirmation that it was hidden. I think on Movie studios it's hidden by default because I remember having this problem when i first started with Movie studio 7. Thanks.
