Video Playback over TV stutters

I post the problem again. Maybe someone can help me now.

I captured, edited and rendered a 15 minute project - worked fine, quality is excelent. Then - when i print to tape the video is stuttering on fast movements in the scene, just like an echo. This doesn't occur in all scenes, but always in the same parts of the film.

I tried to print to tape via Windows Movie maker - same result as in Vegas.
Tried every hardware setting I could imagine, i updated all drivers and bios.
I tested different rendering and project settings, no results.

I would be grateful for any help.

Project properties:

PAL DV 25fps
size/aspect ratio: standard
lower field first
full res render qual: good
No motion blur
deinterlace method: blend fields

computer config:

Windows XP home
Athlon XP 1600+ running at 1,4GHz
512MB RAM
2 HD's 5400 rmin, DMA enabled

Asus A7V266 MB with VIA KT266 chipset

Alltogether a very stable system with no crash's at all.

I hope someone can help me!

Hi Jogger,

You might try activating "resample" on the events that shudder...

I don't know why the footage is a problem, but it may help.

Ok - problem solved, at least a mostly.

I switched on 'resample' and 'reduce interlace flicker' on all events in the timeline. I rendered a new file and printed it out - works okay but in some parts of the video there are still flickers appearing but thei'r not as strong as before. So at least I got a copy that you can show people.

Thanks for your help so far -
