When playing a video project in VV it sometimes plays in
slow motion. Other times it'll playback normally. I can't
figure out why! The velocity envelope is set at 100%.

I'm using VV 2.0d on Win98 SE, 800MHz Pentium III, 512KB
RAM, video is on a 45GB 7200 RPM hard drive.
