Video preview vibrating and other bugs after upgrading Windows to 1803

Hi everyone!

I just upgraded my Windows 10 to build 1803 and I started having problems with video preview in Vegas Pro 14.0 (64 bit).

When I click on the timeline I often don't see anything in the preview window and when I hit the play button the video plays with vibrating picture and jumping back and forth. It's hard to complain but makes video editing impossible.

I also have Movie Studio 15 Platinum, it has none of the errors mentioned above.

I also updated the video card driver (nVidia) but that didn't solve the problem.

Should it be the issue of Windows 10 build 1803?

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Y500 (Intel Core i7 3630QM, 8 GB RAM, nVidia GeForce GT650M SLI). I'm using the software in Europe.

Instead of updating the video card, maybe you need to go back to the version before the windows update.

The Magix support answered my report very quickly. They have suggested the followings:

"Go to Options > Preferences > Video tab. On the video tab, locate the section near the top that says 'GPU acceleration of video processing' and switch it to 'Off'. Select Apply and OK and restart the software."

It works well now. 🙂
