I did a search for video release forms and found a right many of them to the forms themselves.
I did a search here for any discussions and did not find any.

Do any of you have links to discussions about video release forms and when they are needed similar to this discussion above?

I'm primarily a hobbyist at this point and doing video for private individuals ...
I am considering producing a library advocacy video with still and such from contributors across the nation... if similar rules apply, no problem, but if distribution numbers and such are a consideration whether I need release forms or not, I might need to look into it...

Upon further review and a little more searching, I found a short article on WebVideoZone...
Very brief and very generic - and the final statement indicated that if I needed further in-depth discussion, go to Dan Heller's website - yep, the same one at the link above... (sigh)
