none of the audio fx I placed in my video came in, I don't know why it is doing that,

Sometimes the video needs video Fx and sometimes the audio(track(s)) needs audio FX; seems logic to me not to place an audio FX into your video.

Is it possible that you had the audio fx bypassed before you hit 'render'? Also, could you hear the audio fx when playing the timeline (before rendering)?

Windows10 with Vegas 11 Pro (most recent build). Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.40GHz 3.90 GHz, 32GB ram, separate audio and video disks. Also Vegas 17 Pro on same system. GPU: NVDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER. Dynamic RAM preview=OFF.
