Video rendering freeze

Vegas Pro 17 freeze while rendering large file. I've seen task manager and it goes 100% GPU usage which causes it to freeze. I also have Nvidia Geforce GT 750M but Vegas does use it minimal only about 15% to 20%. I've updated drivers and every thing.

Does it meet the specs of the program ?
