Video rendering freezes at zero percent

I am trying to render a video of 40 mins longs on VP16 but no matter which format I choose, the rendering only stays at 0% and never proceeds.

How to resolve this issue?

Format of media on your timeline?

It's MP4 but nothing to do with that because when I rendered it on another hard drive, it was working. It happened probably because of less disk space.

In that case can you not resolve the issue by creating more space or render it to another drive which you appear to have already done which means you no longer have a problem?
