I have been recording video with NVidias Shadowplay and it breaks up the videos in different parts. But, I can't sync up two videos together because the timeline is between point 23 milliseconds and 24 milliseconds. It eithers snaps inside the video or jumps a half a millisecond ahead.

Trying to figure out how to get the videos to sync up right; but I don't know how to ask the question in google.
