Video scope / histogram ? MSHD V10

Just purchased and installed MS HD ver 10.
I am new to this and I do have a good friend of mine who is well versed in wedding video production.
One important item we cannot find is the video scope or histogram that is used for monitoring the video levels.
Where is it?
Does it exist?
If not, are there plug-ins available?

Video scopes, including the Histogram, are found in the Pro version of Vegas.
I agree that they are an important feature for anyone who will be involved in video production on a commercial level.
Although one may exist, I know of no third party plugins that will emulate this behavior in Vegas Movie Studio.
