Video scope problems

I'm preparing clips for broadcast and must adhere strictly to ire levels. I've gone through the process of adjusting for the difference between Vegas scopes and the actual hardware scopes at the studio. All's good...then, I open up the same project on my second computer and ka-bang...the scope values are off by 5 units at the top of the ire scale...iow, the exact same project that scoped topping out at 105 on the first box scopes out topping at 100 on the second computer. All fx chain values on the video output bus are identical...what's up?????
Computer 1 is an Intel, computer 2 is an AMD, but that shoudln't matter...right???

Found the problem...first computer had 'use Microsoft codec' checked. and just fyi, the scope values when the Vegas codec was used were actually more accurate to the hardware scopes than when the MS codec was checked.
