video settings @ render settings

I had capture a movie of 720/576 height/ width settings. Then i setted a project settings of 352/288 height/width settings. now a black coloured strap/rectangle is created and shown on the top and bottom of the movie. It is then shown on the redered movie which is quicktime and 352/288 height/width settings.

there is any way to eliminate these black coloured strap/rectangle?

Somewhere, the final media has to compensate for the difference in square/non-square pixels and the issues brought on in going from one to the other, plus the split of the media. You'll need to compensate for this either by setting the correct size, or by rendering and choosing "fill frame/do not letterbox when you render. You could also use Pan/Crop as well, to match each frame to the project settings.
