Video spit into 2 clips

When i render my video of 30mins and then import it to Architect ver 4.5 it only imports half of the video. I would like to burn the whole vid to a dvd disc. I also can not seem to import the other half... THIS software is driving me crazy!!! I seriously am thinking about boycotting all sony products!!

How long have you been using VMS? Have you read the manual? Have you gone through the Show Me How tutorials (Help > Show Me...)? Until you have, it's too early to start thinking of a boycott!!

You may have a Loop Region set on the timeline and had Render Loop Region Only selected when doing Make Movie.

I have spend a good 30+ hours trying to work out how to use Vegas and DVD architect. If a loop region was set then why did vegas render the whole movie?

I'll agree, the learning curve is quite high with VMS and DVD Architect. The Show Me How tutorials are very good though. To help you, we're going to need some specifics, let's start with what you see on the VMS & DVDA timelines. You say you have a 30 minute video, VMS rendered all of it? Please detail your workflow, it might help to determine where it's going wrong.

1) Source of video
2) Video format
3) Rendered format
4) Using Menu in DVDA?
