What happened to video stabilization plugin in build 248...it is no longer a listed plugin. I see 360 stabilization as a plug in but when I apply it to a clip nothing happens and I don't have an 'apply' option.
The video stabilization plugin is still there.
I see "Video Stabilization" in my 22-248.
I'm not seeing it anywhere in my plugin list...am I going to the wrong place?
@Peter-Goswick Did you install the AI plugins (Deep learning models), because they are also missing in your Plug-In Chooser?

@Peter-Goswick AFAIK the video stabilisation plug-in doesn’t rely on the DLM being installed.
That is strange...Stabilization should not require the DLM...as Jack suggested. That said, I am also seeing some other plugs missing in that screen shot, which would indicate that something is wrong with the OpenCV initialization. However, if it is working now, I guess it will need to remain a mystery.
