Video Vegas 3.0 LE with Acid?

I am planning to get Video Vegas 3.0 LE edition but I just wonder if the XFX 1& XFX 2& XFX 3 included in ACID PRO3.0 would show up in there too?
Could I do a plugin chain with XFX effects in LE? (using the XFX from ACID pro 3.0 install previusly on the pc)

in more simple terms: Could I use the XFX 1& XFX 2& XFX 3 plugins in VV3LE if I install ACID PRO 3.0? what are my limitations?

ACID 3 Pro comes with Vegas *Audio* LE 2.0, not Vegas *Video* LE 3.0.

VV LE 2.0 uses the ExpressFX plug-ins, and not XFX.

Sound Forge comes with VV LE 3.

Yes I did realize that LE versions use expressFX. But if XFX is installed on the PC can't the LE use them too?
So from what I gather LE are not directX compatible with other DirectX plug-ins.
right?
