VideoFactory anyone?

Hi, I just moved up to Vegas+DVD, so if anyone knows someone looking for an inexpensive copy of VideoFactory 2c, with a 3-port FireWire card and the MPEG 2 encoder, I'm selling mine on Ebay...

Are you allowed to sell your copy of VideoFactory to someone else if you used it to get the upgrade price for Vegas+DVD?

I believe that is illegal to do since you had to use your registered serial number in order to get the discouted upgrade price on Vegas, might want to reconsider this auction.

if you UPGRADED, technically NO - it is not legal.

Nope, by "upgrade", I meant that figuratively. I actually just bought Vegas outright with my school's educational discount.
