So, when you go into Options > Preferences > External Control & Automation, there's the option "New video FX keyframes:" and then a dropbox with the different types of curves, which I find pretty useful, since all new keyframes have this type then. So, when you want to use smooth (like me), you select smooth and all keyframes are set to smooth.

The only problem with that is, that it doesn't apply to all videoFX (or I did something wrong), because it does it for effects that use only one animate-button, but it doesn't change it for the effects that use animation-buttons for each property (which most effects do). So it's a shame this cannot be applied and helpful for all effects but only those who have only one animate-button.

Is there any way to setting a default to those keyframes as well? Or is there a possibility to write a script that changes the type of envelopes on Keyframes? Thanks in advance!

It would be great if that would be a fix in the next version or something.
