I have videos that i rendered in vegas. And when i put them into my timeline the video like freezes up between frames. in the preview par it would say under Frame: 685., than it add another . like this (685.. all the way up to 685.....) than once it reaches that ..... it loads some more than it will skip a huge amount of frames and then play for like a second than stop; and the process would continue

Sorry. Clueless. I've read and re-read your post/question - I have no idea what you are saying (or asking). This is a question....right? Or...there is a question in there somwhere - isn't it?

its a question. video clips that i made are not playing in vegas. I load them into the timeline than i hit play to look at them in the preview screen. And the video skips. It plays for about a Second than stops for a view seconds than starts again at a later part of the clip.

Any chance these are MPEG clips you are putting on the timeline.

what setting do you have your preview window at? Best, draft?

what type of PC are you running this on? What are your specs? What type of RAM do you have? What version of Vegas are you running?

Have you had this problem before with other WMVs? Have you had it with other files (i.e. AVIs, MPEGs, etc)?

If Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear and bald - then did the tree make any sound when it fell in the forest because no one was there?

Minds like ours really wanna know these things - and girls just wanna have fun!
