Videos get pixally when imported into vegas

I record on obs and remux the VODS into mp4s and when I add them to Vegas Pro 20 it gets all pixally and I have no clue how t ofix it ive been trying for 2 hours

Copy all of the DVD files onto your hard drive. Then drag the IFO file(s) to the timeline. No need for any conversion.
