Viewing or changing DV info

I have heard that Vegas can be used to view and *change* the following information which is stored in DV video files via a script.

- timecode
- date and time of recording
- iris (F-stop)
- shutter speed
- white balance setting
- gain dB
- image stabiliser on/off

Is this correct?

I downloaded the User Manuls for Vegas 4 but could not find any info about this.

Thanks

Not that I'm aware of. Ask the guy on dv.com where he got his informaiton and/or where the script is.

I think that some (matbe all) of the information is captured when you capture the DV with Vegas. The information is stored with the CLIP info and not the avi file. You can look at the info when you select properties on the clip. I didn't find any way to access this information with script or other tools.

Maybe SOFO can provide access to this stored information?
