VMS 10 and 12 rendered files paths for BluRay

I am using a computer with a C disk SSD (60Gb) a D disk (500Gb Velociraptor) and a mass-storage E disk (2Tb).
I run Windows 7, VMS 10, VMS 12 and few other software on the SSD drive C.

With VMS10 and/or VMS12, is there a way to permanently define a path NOT on the C (SSD in my case) drive for the rendered files created for BluRay (mv2 and w64 types for DVDArchitect)?

Of course I can manually change the two paths "C:\Users\Mycomputer\AppData\Local\Sony\Movie Studio Platinum\12.0\VMS12_Test.m2v and .w64" to something else, but each time I restart the program these paths come-back.

My SSD being 60G and quasi full, I am coming up with space issue when I forget to change the paths (quite often!).

I have been unsuccessfull trying with VMS10 to find where I can set up this "preference".
I just got VMS12 hoping this will solve my issue but cannot find again...
may be probably somewhere in the registry?

Thanks for help

Alain

Have you tried using File/New when you start a new project?

On the set-up screen, there's an option to manage your project file (check the box), and for indicating where you'd like your project, render and backup files to be saved.

It's also wise to open a new folder each time you create a new project rather than just saving them all to a general or My Documents folder.

Thanks Steve, it works.

In my case (being a "lambda" user) I am working 1 project at a time, allways in te same folders and once I feel I am ok then I archive the project file, the rushes, and the end result in classified places

In the case I am refering to, the folder which is automatically created on the C drive is containing files that are just here to be transmitted to DVDArchitect, the end result being either a bluray or an iso BD...in other words these files are closed to be a sort of "temp" files.
Consequently I don't care too much where these files are, except I don't want them on my SSD.

Thanks again
