VMS 10 Video Tutorial Download

I have been trying to download the video tutorial from the download page after purchase and the link doesn't work, just takes me to a page cannot be displayed.
Is there an alternate link or should I just lodge an issue through customer service.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

I logged an issue with Customer Service yesterday and got a note back saying they're aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.

No indication as to how/when I'll find out how/where to download it, though.

Also logged an issue. Got a message that the problem is solved now.

You can retry downloading it via 'My Account'->My Order and the choose your order. That should give you the download :)
