VMS 11 text, Effects deformation

I am looking for the "deformation" that used to be in VMS9 in Media Generator, text...
In EFFECTS, There was "enable deformation... " with a list of choices.... Where is it in VMS11 PE. Or how do I make this "deformation"? There were great for me....

You have to go into (Legacy) Text under the Media Generators to use this feature-it's not included in the animated text options in the new Titles and Text tool.
