I'm on Windows 8.1 and my GPU drivers are up to date, if that matters. I've seen many people have this issue, and I've tried many of the fixes that I've read, but none work. All of the support suggestions that I read from various sites were, at the latest, from March 2014. I couldn't find any recent posts about this issue. I've uninstalled/re-installed many times.
