For months, every time I end VMS, about 25 seconds later, no matter what else is running, I see this popup for 1/4 second...
It took me a long time to see the consistency and the source. And ironically the only way I could capture it is with Vegas Capture!
Anticipating one recommendation, this has been happening before and after a recent full uninstall and re-install (only to clear up an activation issue).
Should I be looking for any error dump files?

I also get it flash up but it's not caused any problems unless it's related to the occasional problem of VMS not completely shutting down.
Right, no harm done, but it makes me wonder what might be looming.
Good clue that might be still shutting down, since the delay is significant.
So I exited VMS and went for Task Manager and found Error Reporting Client Manager running, which disappeared just as the popup came and went.
Go figure.
I'll see what happens once I get the nerve to install Build 221! Thanks to all you (non-facetiously) de facto beta testers for paving the way.
