VMS 6.0a Patch

Just saw the patch available.
It didn't really say it's meant for the Plat Ed. I am running the Plat. Ed.

Is it applicable? Anyone tried it out yet?

Take a look at the downloads list. You will see a download for Vegas Movie Studio update 6.0a and Vegas Movie Studio Platinum update 6.0a.

You would want to download the Vegas Movie Studio Platinum update 6.0a.

I can't think of a reason not to update.

Patch resolves among others, a "memory leak" that kept the memory allocated after a process completed, until the project was closed on the desktop.

Great fix!!! A++ effort.

It also handles importing camcorder dvd media MUCH better now.... along with recognizing the source aspec ratio. Very happy with some of the fixes.

I also noticed Acid XMC 6.0a and an DVD Architect Studio 3.0a updates as well.
