Hi all,

I had v9.0b installed and working just fine on my windows 7 amd64, 64bit system. I upgraded my motherboard and video card to an i7, now if I try to run VMS it hangs on the splash screen when it gets to "initializing Directx plugins". The only thing that changed is the drivers for the motherboard, in other words I did not reinstall windows. And the video driver installed Directx11.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still hangs. Sound forge and DVD architect still run fine. I had to reactivate everything because of the changes.

Any suggestions? Any work arounds? Sony support has never responded.
