When I go to the order page, I get this:

Movie Studio Pro Pack (Packaged)
Includes application DVD and printed Quick Start manuals. Application DVD contains Vegas Movie Studio 9.0 Platinum software, DVD Architect Studio 4.5 software, Sound Forge Audio Studio 9, Cinescore Studio plug-in, Home Studio Soundtrack Pack Vol. 1, Pro Pack Cinescore themes, NewBlue MSPP 3D transitions and effects, 1001 Sound Effects, and 44 DVD themes.

Which states DVD Architect 4.5!!! I thought VMS 9 came with DVDA 5?? Yes or no?

According to the comparasion chart, Vegas Pro includes DVD Architect 4.5/5.0 software.

Vegas Movie Studio, VMS Plat and VMS Plat Pro Pack includes DVD Architect Studio 4.5 software. Note the word "studio" in the name Architect Studio 4.5.

I second that it is only DVD Studio 4.5, pro hass 5.0 also check the update site it has DVD Studio 4.5 "D"

Then I have no reason to upgrade. I mainly use DVDA and I already have DVDA 4.5d Studio. Sony has screwed up not releasing a DVDA 5 Studio version. I would have upgraded.
