VMS Crashes when on video preview

I have the video preview set to best (full) and it opens on another monitor. Whenever I make changes to the timeline or play the TL sometimes it crashes and I have to use the auto recovery to get my project back.

Any idea as to why this would happen? I have a pretty good PC so I wouldn't imagine its a hardware issue.

Details of your "pretty good" pc would help especially what GPU you have.

Any ideas? I dedicated half of thememory to the video preview. Maybe that has somethign to do with it?

If you mean the Dyn RAM preview Max the answer is yes.
Normal and without problems is the default setting.
